Real health nuts use that instead of whole eggs because the yolk of the egg is the unhealthy part, where the whites are very, very good for you. There's virtually no flavor though. Pretty gross.
But, if you are a baker, you know the value of solid egg whites. You can use them to make meringues, for example. Separating by hand is tedious and just sucks, but this product takes away that step of the process.
I think you should try 'em. Make scrambled egg whites...its easy. Then report back!!
